Dr. Anshu Bamney is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University and has 7+ years of experience in highway safety, multimodal transportation, naturalistic driving, human factors, traffic operations, pavement blocks, and the impact of the pandemic on transportation. He was the Principal Investigator (PI) of research projects worth more than $300K. Additionally, he has worked as Co-PI and lead researcher on various projects for the Michigan Department of Transportation, Connecticut Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, and National Cooperative Highway Research Program.
