The short-term course will focus on the detailed elaboration of Basics Bootcamp: (i) Understanding of GUI and capabilities (ii) Construction of geometry (iii) Selection of boundary conditions (iv) Understanding of input parameters (v) Generation of mesh and its manipulation (vi) Extraction of results (vii) Deeper understanding of simulation of water and solute Pro Research: (i) Parameter Estimation (PEST) and Global sensitivity analysis (GSAT) (ii) Basics of Python, Parameter estimation and Sensitivity Analysis Libraries (iii) HYDRUS Coupling with PEST and GSAT (Advanced)
